JSI seeks an organization to develop, integrate, and pilot an AI-enabled, multi-lingual conversational interface (NIA) into the existing Ni-kshay web platform and demonstrate its use in five selected districts, identified in consultation with CTD. This interface will offer a digital interaction platform (chatbot and voice-bot) for patients to report side effects, self-screening for Differentiated TB Care and other concerns to get timely support from the NTEP team, tested through a rigorous field pilot in five districts.
